Our Staff

From your first experience with our plastic surgical team, whether it be by telephone, internet or in person, you'll encounter dedicated professionals under the supervision of Kim, our practice manager.  Our staff will strive to make yours an enjoyable experience.
Our receptionist will schedule your consultation and, when recommended, a return appointment. You'll be greeted and interviewed during your initial visit by our office nurse who will help you feel comfortable before, during, and after your consultation or surgery. You'll meet our patient care coordinator after your consultation with the doctor. She will assist you in selecting your time frame for the procedure that you've requested, schedule your operation and review the things that you'll need to know to help prepare for your procedure.   

Our entire staff is dedicated to ensuring that your surgery with us will be a safe and pleasant experience. Just let us know how we can help accommodate any special needs! At the Prima Center for Plastic Surgery, we strive to meet your individual needs; we'll accomodate your scheduling preferences as much as possible.   Dr. Zwiren and Dr. Nakano  can perform most surgical procedures in our office AAAASF accredited surgical center, they also maintain privileges at  Gwinnett Medical Center in Duluth and Emory John’s Creek Hospital in  Alpharetta, you are encouraged to let us know your preference for where you'd like to have your procedure performed.
Education is just one of the many responsibilities which our practice believes is important to your health and well-being. We hold informative seminars on selected evenings during the year.  If your group would like to feature our plastic surgeon as a speaker at a meeting or conference, just let us know. We'll arrange for him to address a cosmetic and plastic surgery topic of interest to your group.

Kim

As the  practice manager, Kim oversees the day to day operations of the office, she has been with us for 12 years.  Kim’s background includes nursing as well as working in the medical insurance field.  She looks forward to meeting our patients and enjoys the long relationships we build with them over the years.  In her spare time Kim stays busy with outdoor activities.  Her character, honesty and willingness to assist in finding solutions for patients and staff are apparent at all levels of interaction.  She enjoys bicycling, hiking and traveling with her husband.  They live in Lawrenceville with their cat named Scooter. 

Questria

Questria is our Adminstrative Coordinator.  She works with patients when scheduling appointments and surgeries, as well as various administrative front office duties.    She will keep you informed about all of your financial questions and financing options. Originally from South Carolina, Questria has lived in the Atlanta area since 1982.  She is married with 5 children.

Hollie

Originally from Boca Raton, Florida, Hollie resides in Buford with her husband and two children.  Hollie has 20 years of nursing experience including 4 years in plastic surgery.  She is a staff nurse and assists the doctor with consultations, preoperative and postoperative care, as well as assisting in the operating room and recovery rooms.  Hollie enjoys traveling, cooking and running and is passionate about her family.  “The biggest reward in this profession is being able to see the life changing results from patients who have had surgery and being able to assist them with the experience.”

Carolyn

Carolyn is our Front Office Coordinator.  Frequently the first person you will speak with is Carolyn. Her friendly voice and conscientious personality will guide you through the initial appointment and help make all your future appointments at Prima Center for Surgery Center. She also assists our staff with special projects, front desk duties, and other related function.  Carolyn enjoys the opportunity to address patient questions and needs.  Working part time allows her to spend time managing 5 very active children and travel with her husband.  A native of Columbus, Ohio, Carolyn has called Atlanta home since 2002. 

Cindy

Cindy is originally from Ohio and has lived in the Atlanta Area since 1988.  Cindy  attended Youngstown State University, where she received her nursing degree and a B.S in Psycology.   After becoming a Registered Nurse, Cindy has worked in many medical areas including Cardiac Care Units and Outpatient Surgery.   She is certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support and is a Certified Skin Care Aesthetician.  She comes to us with over 25 years of nursing experience.  She follows each patient from initial consultation through the entire surgical and post-operative period. Cindy, along with the entire staff of Prima Center for  Plastic Surgery, is honored to give each patient individualized and personal attention.  She enjoys reading, travel and  has two children who consume a good deal of her spare time.   

 Lisa

Lisa is a nurse who works closely with Dr. Zwiren and his patients following them through the process of the initial consultation to surgery.  She has worked for Prima Center for Plastic Surgery for 10 years and has been a nurse in the Plastic Surgery field since 1992.  She is also a medical aesthetician and Director of Prima Worx Day Spa and acts as a liaison between the office an spa.  She is a Native of Atlanta, attended Peachtree High School in  Dunwoody and enjoys playing ALTA tennis year round.
