Founded in 1988, we are the oldest existing plastic surgery practice based in Gwinnett County.  For close to twenty-five years, our practice has provided exceptional plastic surgery care in an environment designed for safety and results.

What makes us different is that Prima Center is a stand alone Aesthetic Facility where plastic surgeons, anesthesiologists, and a comprehensive team of skilled nurses, certified surgical technologists, and massage therapists combine their diagnostic and treatment talents to those who desire personalized care and outstanding results. Our entire practice is devoted to plastic surgery, both cosmetic and reconstructive.  We have a fully equipped operating room which is accredited by the American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF), the highest standard that can be achieved for outpatient ambulatory centers.  In addition, we have experienced board-certified MD anesthesiologists who are fully dedicated to patient comfort and safety.

Prima Center is headed by our three outstanding board-certified plastic surgeons who have all completed full residencies in both general and plastic surgery. All of our doctors are board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, the only certifying specialty board for the field of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery recognized by the American Board of Medical Specialties.  Our doctors are also active members of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the premier national professional organization for board-certified plastic surgeons.

Our team of plastic surgeons along with our dedicated clinical staff are highly trained in the most current and innovative surgical and non-surgical treatments for the body, face, breast and skin.  Our doctors have experience in a wide variety of cosmetic procedures including breast augmentation, breast lift surgery, facelifts, facial rejuvenation, blepharoplasty, eyelid surgery, breast reduction, liposuction, abdominoplasty and skin care. We also offer the full spectrum of reconstructive plastic surgery including breast reconstruction and microsurgery.
